Capt.Ron Hagerman - Invented the 10,000 Islands waverunner tour in 1988 and is the most experienced Waverunner Guide in The 10,000 Islands today with 28 years and counting under his belt. There is nobody more qualified to pass on the knowledge needed to keep you safe on your waverunner adventure. Any guide who wasn’t personally trained by Capt Ron would take 28 years to catch up!
Avi Langer - Is "The Dolphin Whisperer". He's a natural at this! I think he was once a dolphin himself? He certainly speaks their language! Dolphin jump for Avi on an almost daily basis. His photos are incredible! Avi is our TOP requested guide and never a disappointment! He will soon be leading “Advanced Tours” deep into the mainland rivers .
RJ Michaels - Has now joined our team! He brings 20 years experience in the watersports industry and will be a great addition to our rapidly growing family of consummate professionals. Many of you may know him from his many years managing Marco Island hotel watersports facilities.
Adayan Gonzalez - Does an awesome job of supporting us throughout the day, whatever, whenever, wherever we need it, 6-days, 10 hrs a day! He’s the reason why our equipment looks so shiny too!

Capt. Ron's is committed to protecting our unique eco-system and sharing it with others in an eco-sensitive way. Please be aware this adventure is not a "thrill ride"or a "race". We use our Waverunners to go where we need to, similar to using your car to get to the store. There are speed limits in some areas we must adhere to by law. Most of this adventure is conducted at 20 mph although there are times in the second half of the trip where speeds could be slightly higher in open water. Your safety is our first concern.

At 909a Collier Ct. - In groups of Five Waverunners + One Guide. Although we are very busy, and at the park almost everyday, Caxambas Park is NOT our “store”. Please call for reservations and then meet us at the park where we launch our waverunners. We don’t want anyone to show up at Capt Ron’s house so make sure you go to 909a Collier Ct. to meet us and then launch.
